shirasade is using. Here are their Terms of Service:

Terms
This Peertube instance is offered as a favor. There is no legal guarantee that it will be available in the future.
No commercial content. You are only allowed to upload videos under an open license like Creative Commons or your own, personal videos. If you earn money with videos, or advertise a business, they are not allowed (but donations are fine). This rule does not apply for instances we federate with. As such, you might see commercial content coming from other instances.
This is a leftist instance. As such, all fascist and anti-communist content is forbidden. Sexism, racism and discrimination against minorities are not allowed.
No spam. You can only upload up to 500 MB per day. Submitting abnormally large amounts of videos or comments in a short time may be considered spam and is forbidden.
Mature or explicit content must be marked as NSFW. Pornography is not allowed, but may be visible from other instances. It is okay to post nudity (with NSFW tag).
These rules also apply to content from other instances, unless otherwise noted.
