My household is in the midst of a massive, but vaguely random, re-dive into MCU, and tonight we started Ant-Man and the Wasp again. I’ve only seen this one once before, and had completely forgotten that Dutch from Killjoys shows up in it. Such an awesome surprise both times. ❤️

I'm of two minds about a rewatch of that movie! I enjoyed a lot of it on the first time around. But all the stuff about the fallout from Civil War re-ignited my rage about that mess. Maybe I could fast forward through all the house arrest/disapproval from Scott's loved ones?

Speaking of Killjoys, is that a series you'd recommend? I started it but got distracted about 2 episodes in.

@anelith, yeah, I have basically come to terms with ignoring whatever bits of MCU make me angry, and just sticking to the bits I enjoy. One of my housemates is utterly obsessed at the moment, so we are watching everything -- well, she is, I draw the line at Iron Man 2. :grin_offline: But I've watched all the others with her, repeatedly, in the last few weeks, and it's smoothed the rough edges down for me a lot.

Re Killjoys, I think it's definitely worth a shot! It's much arc-ier than it seems in the first few episodes, and there are some fantastic characters. I'm not caught up on the latest season, but plan to rectify that.

@cesperanza, yes, to my surprise, it was a whole lot of fun, and very worth watching! We waited ages to see it because we're just not invested in Scott Lang at all, but enjoyed it hugely, and are enjoying it again the second time around.

Thanks @arduinna ! I'll put Killjoys on my list. And I do love so much about the Ant Man movies. His friends are hilarious.

As for Iron Man 2, you know how sometimes there's a fic that makes you completely re-evaluate something that was kind of "meh" before? Prince of the Apple Towns, by kvikindi did that for me with regard to IM2. It's about Howard, not Tony, based on the very brief history we get in IM2 about Howard and his Russian colleague Anton. It's so, so good.
